GS101 School
Full Throttle GS101 Ground School 101 is a track orientation that is an informal, friendly, open way to get you acquainted with the Motorsport Park Hastings, each other and introduce you to the world of road course driving.
The session will begin in a classroom setting and take about an hour. During this time, you will learn terminology, the start, cornering, passing, pit in, pit out, and the overall facility.
Once the classroom session is over, it’s time to hit the track. With an instructor in the vehicle with you, you will start off with a led and follow to learn the line of the course. After a couple of 20 minute sessions with an instructor in the vehicle with you, if you and the instructor feel comfortable and safe, you will have the remaining time of the school to drive on your own.
